Customer service
This webshop exclusively features BREND products. You can place an order directly through our shop. Have you seen a product you'd like to order? Add it to your shopping cart. You can then view the cart or stay in the shop to add another item. In the shopping cart, click "Order" to proceed with the purchase. Enter your information in the fields shown on the left. Already have an account? Then you can log in, and your information will appear immediately. Don't have an account but want to register? You can do so on this page. The next step is to select your payment method. Then complete the order.
When placing an order, never enter the delivery address of a parcel point. If you want your order delivered to a parcel point, you can specify this later via the carrier's website. You can find the carrier in the track & trace information you receive by email once your order has been shipped.
Dispatch
Once you've placed an order, we'll get to work for you as quickly as possible. In most cases, your package will be delivered within a few business days. However, there are exceptions, such as for products you can pre-order. For these products, the earliest delivery date is indicated. Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code by email, allowing you to track your delivery.
Returns
We hope you've carefully considered your purchase before placing it and that you've read the product information carefully to avoid any surprises. You can, of course, return your order if it's not to your liking.
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt, but please note: you will be responsible for the return shipping costs . These costs are approximately €7.25 per package. Please consult the website of your chosen carrier for the exact rates. Due to the environmental impact of returning items, we are forced to implement this policy. We appreciate your understanding.
Complaints handling
If a product arrives damaged, please let us know via contact@optimerce.nl before returning it. Only then can we process the defect according to our warranty policy.
